Slight petroleum and talcum powder along with citrus and tropical aromas. Showing a golden colour. Lovely citrus and passionfruit flavours with great minerality. Residual sugars becoming more prominent but balanced with the acidity. Must be consumed with food with like flavours. I drank this with chicken marinated with finger limes and chilli, and it matched perfectly.

Developing colour. Ripe, slightly sweet nose. Apple. Lime blossom. Ripe, off-dry palate, some lanolin. Nice. Perhaps not developing as slowly as initially promised, or advertised in the glowing early reviews for this vintage. If you have a few I would try one now, but there is no great rush under screw cap.

Straw, or light gold. A strong kerosene nose, with lime juice there too. On the palate, wonderful acidity - tongue- tingling - and grapefruit and lime flavours. A great aperitif, with some crab. In its prime, I'd say. Screwcap, 11.5%.
