Monday, January 4, 2021 - Slight petroleum and talcum powder along with citrus and tropical aromas. Showing a golden colour. Lovely citrus and passionfruit flavours with great minerality. Residual sugars becoming more prominent but balanced with the acidity. Must be consumed with food with like flavours. I drank this with chicken marinated with finger limes and chilli, and it matched perfectly.
