Tuesday, May 1, 2012 - Popped 1 hour before first pour, consumed over 4 hours. Nose: Medium expressiveness, cherry, cola, tea, and cinnamon. Palate: Medium-full bodied, nice mouth feel, sweet red fruit and a hint of spice, not dynamic at all but nice muted flavors none the less. Finish: Medium length sense of red fruit and cola. Overall there is little to complain about with this effort, but on the other hand there is little to get excited about either - just a nice drinking wine.
