Sunday, May 24, 2015 - Opened my first bottle of this remarkable Rosé 5 years ago. It was fresh and delicious but still very young. Yesterday's bottle, 5 years later, and the wine is on the top of its game. It has taken on depth, focus, finesse and has a long lingering finish. Comments all around were, "this is fabulous".
