Tuesday, August 8, 2023 - Had this as a digestive after A LOT of wine. Deep golden in the glass with persistent bubbles. Nose is marked by notes of canned peach, nectarine, poached pear, yellow apple, vanilla. Medium-bodied with moderate acidity and a fair bit of sweetness. Not entirely balanced, but not off track either. Easy to drink Champagne, but not a repeat for me.
