Saturday, November 18, 2023 - Golden colour. Citrus, seashells and some rye bread. Deep and complex. Retain acidity and creamy mousse. Fresh red-green apples and hints of oyster shells. Long finish. a bit more oxidised than last and I would hence recommend start drinking up now.
