Friday, January 8, 2010 - Very serious ch. Had this Comple one on new years eve with Kalix roe and gravlax.It peformed well with its multiple layers, creamy with bread,some fruity citrus and almond, bitter almond. really dry High expectations but was somewhat disappointed. Perhaps too bitter.
