Monday, October 17, 2011 - Dégorgée in 2007, aged 11 years. 4g/L. Chouilly Grand Cru.
Color : pale yellow, clear.
Nose : aromatic, aged. Aromas of toasted hazelnut, walnuts, chestnuts, dried apricots, toasted brioche.
Palate : bone-dry, med body, fresh acidity, flavorful. Aromas from Nose plus fresh butter and peaches. Moderately short finish.
