Saturday, March 4, 2017 - A great Champagne. Served cold. Little brioche, grilled lemon and minerals in the nose. Medium bodied, fresh with great balance. 2 hours later, 14 °C+, nose with toast and minerals, more fullbodied, still with perfect balance, soft, persistant mousse and a long finnish.
