Friday, August 3, 2018 - Nose: matured pear, a bit oxidative, chalky
palate: still fresh, savory ,mineral, clean, chalky finish. Quite young and fresh for such age.
Very good if can pair with seafood dishes. Not heavy at all for drinking!
