Saturday, August 10, 2019 - Pure, golden, med+ intense bouquet. Dry, med(+) acid, med+ body and intensity. Long finish. Oxidized style w. burned apples, caramel and bioche. Some malty bitterness w. grapefruits, lemon, nuts and roasted mushrooms on the palate. Very good.
