Friday, June 12, 2015 - Started out a bit fruit forward but settled into more cranberry/rhubarb with sage and solid minerality, almost chalky. strawberry compote with dried herbs on the finish. Never lost it's new world charm but the cooler vintage shines through. Wish I'd sat on this for 5 more years.
