Sunday, September 30, 2018 - Black cherry and plum with roasted game. Opened an hour before serving, this started out very fresh and remained vibrant and incredibly balanced and elegant throughout, but more earth and tertiary notes started to emerge after open 2+ hours. At a great place right now, best to enjoy by 2022.
