Wednesday, March 12, 2014 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS #087; Burgundy: Vosne Romanée and Clos Vougeot. (By VD): Orange rim. In the bouquet a lot of minerals like phosphor and flint stone, also animals, mint, licorice and some caramel. On the palate minerals again, sweet spices, chocolate, caramel, high acidity and soft tannin with still a good bite. The wine is ready now and has a good length.
