Friday, October 19, 2018 - Blueberry compote, meaty bacon fat, dark dark color. Plum/fig. Can see the hand of Chris Ringland, Aussie Shiraz guru for sure. Tannins have subsided, but the fruit still packs a punch. 2018-2025
