Wow, how time changes wine! Opened my last of 3 bottles, and drank it straight out of the fridge over a few days. Best on the 3rd day, this wine was the complete non-Champagne alternative for my palate...tense citrus, a hint of red apple skin, gentle toastiness, and a long, dry and satisfying finish. This is the complete $20 sparkler, I will buy by the case in the future. Adored it tonite.
Will continue to drink well through 2020.
