Thursday, May 21, 2015 - Decanted, tasted over 3 hrs, cork saturated and heavy mold on top
-mostly opaque dark red with minimal bricking
-moderately expressive plum cassis touch of oak and mature cedar-y elements
-med/med- acidity, typical cab cassis/plum remnants, noticeable but not obtrusive oak, not much depth or complexity, tannins mostly resolved
-pleasant and correct though fairly uninteresting, not flawed or completely over the hill but just unexciting
