Tasted over 1.5 hrs, suboptimal glassware -dark red purple -lovely primary pinot fruit and a bit of barrel spice -med/med- acidity just enough to provide some cut, med weight lovely spicy purple fruit and a bit of oak, ripe med tannins -not a lot of complexity and quite primary but open generous and very pretty and delicious

Tasted over 4 hrs -med red mild bricking -cherry earth spice sweet sous bois -med/med+ acidity, med/med- weight faded cherry earth spice with a bit of creamy oak remnant blended with the med/med- chalky tannins on the finish, starts to fade by 4 hrs -fully mature drinking nicely now

-translucent light yellow
-honeyed sweet
-med/med+ acidity adds a poke to the med- weight honeyed almost demi-sec sweet, waxy finishes dry
-decent
