Sunday, February 4, 2024 - Nicely aged, light but has substance, smooth tannins, mellow fruit of the stewed variety, good balance, nice sipping, interestingly no sediment, drank with pizza with sausage, mushrooms, spinach, crust made with organic Utah oo flour, last bottle, I thought 2007 in Piedmont was a good year when they came out and this wine has developed beautifully.
