Saturday, October 31, 2020 - cheers - agree with decanting, which I did.....however, with 4 of us sharing this bottle, we let it sit 1 hour, then consumed in the 2nd hour, and the wine was still improving when I ran out! Delicious Brunello and still drinking young....this wine will get better....wish I had more!
