Saturday, April 7, 2012 - Metallic straw with a touch of chartreuse. Off dry, racy, bright, clean, and balanced. The Mosel's signature acidity cuts through classic notes of green apples, stonefruit, pears, slate, honeysuckle, and a tug of limestone minerality on the crisp finish. Always a solid citizen.
