Sunday, May 19, 2013 - Very similar to the previous bottle but maybe more austere. Very chalky, some pear and green apple. Bone dry, great acidity. Maybe not the most complex wine ever but I just love everything that wine offers. A classic Chenin without excessive and unnecessary fat.
