Saturday, March 31, 2018 - Pale gold. Nose is lemon pith, white stone fruits, sea spray and smokey oak. Palate needs air and then it's all Chablis with a long finish of tangy salted honey. Beautiful wine aging gracefully. Even better on day 2. Don't serve too cold.
