Thursday, July 31, 2014 - Notes of blueberries and graphite on the nose, reminiscent of Washington Cabs. Past its prime on the palate, with medium-high acidity; pair with mushrooms and gravy, as in beef Stroganoff. Best within 10 minutes from opening.
