Saturday, November 12, 2011 - {cork, 11%, A$18} Nearly colourless. Fresh, flower-tinged grapefruit aromas. Clean, rather neutral palate; softly-textured, gentle melon/grapefruit flavours. Dry perhaps, but there's a softness that keeps this from being tart, although the acid it doing its job. Quite fine bubbles, but still the finish is fairly short and simple.
