Thursday, October 15, 2020 - Dinner at Jua. Courtesy of Jason, who thought this had a touch of TCA. While I'm notoriously TCA insensitive, I didn't sense it at all. I thought this was terrific, though slightly out of character for Roumier - it drank more like a darker fruited version of Fourrier; a bit of almost fizz and minerality on the front palate and then delicious fruit (though quite dark). I tend to expect a lot more structure and lighter cherry fruit from Roumier, but who cares? This was really tasty.
