Tuesday, April 2, 2024 - "There's a lot of fish at Montrose Harbor" (Chicago, IL): Bottled August 12, 2021. Reasonably consistent with my previous bottle, though the apricot felt more pronounced on this bottle today. Of course, the typical high acidity of Cantillon, with just the right amount of natty funk. Delicious.
