Saturday, March 28, 2015 - Decanted for 1 hr plus. I think it is necessary. Fruit forward, strawberries, raspberries, minty, herbs and spices. With aeration, the cedar wood has emerged. It had very sweet and ripe red fruit. Drinking very well now.
