Monday, May 17, 2021 - Rhone Dinner (Circus Private Kitchen, Kimberley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong): No detailed notes but this was singing tonight and one of the best wines along with the Chapoutier Hermitage La Sizerane 1990 drank alongside it. Likely fully mature but doubt it will decline in the next 5+ more years. It went brilliantly with Moroccan food. Thanks for both wines, Olivier!
