Wednesday, April 10, 2024 - This drinks like an entry level NV champagne. It’s dry, crisp yet has enough complexity to be interesting.

It’s retail cost near me is under 25 bucks - and yes it drinks like a 50 dollar champagne.

Notes: crisp green apple, lemon and citrus zest, followed by a very balanced finish of toasted brioche
