Saturday, March 14, 2015 - Alsace and Austria Tasting: Musk, floral, mango and pineapple aromas. Really quite opulent on the palate, with clinging sweetness but also acidity that balances it out nicely. A touch more acid would really give it a spark but it is lovely all the same.
