Wednesday, September 6, 2017 - Light gold color. Drank 2 glasses over 2 hours. Aromatic lemon nose with spiced pear, high toned, subtle fennel seed. The palate is really quite lovely, dominant lemon, tangerine, very tangy, mineral, medium body, pear, and a kiss of wood spice.
