Friday, July 27, 2012 - Now this one is loud enough to upset the neighbours, particularly if they like Chablis that is discreet and only whispers iodine. The fruit is rambunctious, even boisterous but it has levels of chalk, oyster shell and a whip of grapefruit acidity to keep everything in balance. It is rich and textured with ripe orchard fruits, honey and butter and a sprinkling of salt. Length of flavour is admirable.
