95 Points

Thursday, October 19, 2023 - Judgement of Eagan (Jason P's, St. Paul, MN): Pale gold color. PNP, drank a glass plus over an hour plus. This was a stellar example of this wine. The nose shows tons of freshness, Anjou pear, kumquate, tarragon, anise and bright mineral notes. The palate is crystalline with its minerality and focus; Meyer lemon, lemon, panna cotta testure, lemon zest, elegant and lifted, long and tangy, this just resonates. Gorgeous, and for me, the clear winner over a very good '13 Marcasssin. Group vote was 5-4 for the Bonneau. 95+pts.
