Sunday, March 9, 2014 - Each time I have this wine, I come away thinking I need to remember to have a couple bottles on hand to pair with Italian and serve to a wide variety of guest palates. Consistently plump body, red cherry, plum, smoke and spice improves with ~45-60 minute decant.
