Saturday, December 29, 2012 - A lot less power and fruit this time, and therefore more as I prefer my redwines. Balanced, elegant but lacks a little bit personality. Just a nice wine.
Opened the night before, had a glas, then 1 hour decant including a double decant before dinner.
