Saturday, January 25, 2014 - Decanted for six hours and it was not even close to long enough. Six days would have been better. Or maybe the DeLorean directed to 2034. Had some impressive dark fruit and coffee notes but it just felt like it needed to be laid down for at least 3-5 more years. The core was very promising and suspects a very long life ahead. Hope to find another.
