Saturday, January 28, 2023 - This has been open for 24 hours. The aromas are gorgeous. Very nicely evolved but integrated and complete. Sure, there's a little bit of stinky feet, but there's also some medjool dates and golden raisins. Lovely integration on the palate as well... really beautiful in the mouth, showing vibrant acidity and really pretty lychee fruit. Puckering and nice. Some heavy green grape seed tannins on the finish. Puckering and vibrant, beautiful integrated acidity. This wine is ripping.
