Saturday, August 3, 2013 - three hours in the decanter and i'm picking up dark and some red fruits. this wine is still quite primary though the alcohol is a bit overwhelming. compared to last time, the tannins are far less obtrusive but i'm still waiting for some secondary flavors to start strutting their stuff. i'll try again in another couple years.
