Sunday, March 19, 2017 - Color: dense purple core -> dark ruby rim. Primary bouquet of plums, raspberry, boysenberry and spicecake. Dark fruited palate showing crushed rock and a touch of tobacco. Light tannins, tremendously balanced and a long finish complete a pretty picture, but this is still far too young to my taste. Considerable upside given time . . . 93+ at a minimum.
