Tuesday, September 7, 2021 - Still drinking well. Interestingly, on day 2 the more heavy handed (and to some, offensive) qualities of Roussanne were absorbed, but there was still a very pleasant amount of acidity, leaving a very elegant wine. Drink up if you really enjoy the similarities with a Napa Chardonnay, but still plenty of life if its been stored properly and you prefer a more delicate expression of the grape.
