Friday, April 1, 2016 - This wine continues to improve with age. Now, it is ready to enjoy fully by the second day opened. On the darker side for Pinot Noir, closest to purple, enticingly aromatic black cherry, richly fruity in the mouth with added black plum, caressing, acidic enough to be refreshing, tannic enough not to be flabby, exceedingly delicious throughout, and finishes seamless and long.
