I received this as a gift, and held off opening it for two years. Remembering the champagne, even if NV, has an "expiration date" I decided to open it this New Years.
Fantastic!

The color is a rich deep straw, with tiny bubbles.
On the nose, Brioche, croissant, yeast -- very rich and concentrated autolytic flavors (med + intensity)
On the palate, dry, acid is med+, tannin is grape tannin, body is med+ alc i est 12.5, finish is med+ and slight apple, butter, buttery croissant.
