Wednesday, December 30, 2020 - Violets, tobacco leaf funk, wet leaves on the nose: a tobacco drying barn; a well mannered but interesting mouthfeel, bright cherry to begin, mellowing nto woody softness, strong tannic backbone, lingering dry finish, hints of morel mushroom. Reminds me strongly of blue ridge with its rich dampness. Fantastic with charcuterie
