Friday, January 20, 2017 - About 3 1/2 yrs since my last one, and it seems this has barely budged. Still showing a lot of youthful energy. Really pure and bright, with fine bubbles and a medium+ stony, lightly bitter finish. To my palate, and pocketbook, this is as fine as I require. An absolute stunner at the dinner table (tonight's was with capesante at Locanda Positano - recommended). This shows the breadth and depth to go longer and to also pair with a wide range of foods. Bravo! 13,0% abv., thru 2033. highly recommended

Served non-blind. Held since release. Next one in 4-5 years.
