Saturday, July 7, 1990 - With Kathy and Miranda at dinner at Romano's (while our house was being "de-flead").Surprisingly light color. Ruby red. Classic Chianti nose. Good fruit, slightly woody. On the palate, quite tannic and woody, though very nice with dinner (linguine piscatore). A bit austere. Good, but not as good as the '82. 4-9-14-6: 83/100.
