Sunday, September 30, 2012 - Eye: deep ruby color, with some slight sediment - did not decant. Nose: a bit flat upon first opening, some raspberries, smoke - did not open much more even after breathing for hours. Palate: a bit acidic, flavour was a bit masked but did come out later, structure was good. Body was lighter than expected and finish was not as long either.
