Sunday, April 21, 2013 - The wine looks deep garnet in color. It smells of Blackberry. It tastes like Medium Toast, Lead Pencil, Vanilla, and Oak. A typical Paullac. The body is Full. The wine has Polished texture. The wine finishes with Medium length.
We ate in a Chinese Restaurant, by the time the prawn is served, we already finished a bottle of 2009 Ch. Cantenac. The Pontet goes well with this dish as well as the deep fried eel that come next. No red meat this time but just simply good pairing!
