Thursday, January 11, 2024 - Singed alder, raspberry coulis, bay leaf, graphite, black cherry, and sandalwood compliment each other perfectly in this beautiful CdP. Could cellar for a few more years, but for me this has it all going on right now. Sublime after 1 hr decant paired with braised pork shoulder
