Saturday, May 13, 2023 - Popped this baby at a celebratory engagement/wedding prep dinner at Barnsley Gardens. 25 years old and could go another 25. Had with raw oysters which is always the perfect accompaniment. Dark golden color, effervescent, crisp and elegant. Acidity was bright with sweet notes of honey and toasted pastry up front and dry precise finish. Yummy and lovely.
